June 4th - August 24th
3 Months (3 days/week) = 36 Training Sessions
Monday thru Saturday: 10:00 am or 5:30 pm
*session times can be scheduled
$250 = 3 Month Individual Membership

Our training philosophy at ISI is based around one thing above all else; the principle idea that strength is one of the most important qualities a human being can posses. That is why the primary focus of our training is on getting brutally strong. No matter your sport or hobby, be it football, volleyball, MMA or rock climbing, your performance can be drastically improved by getting significantly stronger. This is because strength is the foundation for all athletic qualities.

You have to do one thing, first and foremost - GET STRONGER!!!
That is why, in lieu of gimmickry and flashy nonsense such as stability and balance training, we focus our attention on building real world, functional strength. This can only be done with barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, bodyweight exercises, ropes, tires, sleds and other non traditional implements and methods not found in the majority of gyms. Machines, mirrors, slide boards, and Bosu Balls contribute very little, if not at all, to strength and performance and thus are a sufficient waste of time for most athletes and weekend warriors.

To get strong you need to train in an environment that fosters hard work and intensity. Most importantly develop the mental toughness and attitude to succeed on the playing field and in life. This can’t be achieved at sterile, commercialized, “fitness centers” with easy listening music, fancy machines, and one-on-one personal training. We foster a training environment filled with a group of "like-minded" athletes and individuals who are highly motivated to succeed!

We promote competitive group training focusing on building functional strength. We borrow concepts and ideas from multiple disciplines such as Power-lifting, Olympic-lifting, Cross-fit, Body-building, and Strongman training. Blending them into our own unique system designed to create well rounded, explosively powerful athletes and human beings. Our training is constantly evolving in order to provide our clients with the most productive, results-driven service possible.
